Cannot record webelement

Hello

I am trying to record the notes feild in web appl ,It doesn't record.When i check properties it is shows as web element .

1) Go to Tools > Web Event Recording Configuration and add an event for web element.

OR

2) Use Descriptive programming

The event is already added i also tried Dp it dosen;t work
