Settings in QTP when running script from QC

Hi Ankur,
When running the script from QC its ignoring QTP run mode settings, its forcing me to insert wait function in the script before saving script into QC. Is there any option available in QTP to overcome this issue? Thanks 
When you run your tests through QC ,it will override the QTP settings.
You need to programatically do the settings using VB Script.
