Windows 8 envirnment error while running QTP script.

Hi Everyone,
I am getting below Memory error in Windows 8 environment while running QTP scripts which is stopping my script to run.
This error is coming when uploading any attachment to a form or if any template saved in DB is attempted to be test print in an application.
Can anybody help the cause of this error and how to get it removed.

Looking forward for the responses.
"The instruction at 0X800014ddrefrenced memory at Ox4ca8d8c0. The memory could not be read.
Click on Ok to terminate the program."
