Resources TAB disappeared

Hi,
I have a great problem :-(
today it's disappeared the Resources TAB from menù Test / Settings...
so i can neither load functions/subroutines, nor use old functions/subroutines previously loaded...
Yesterday i had not this problem, and also my collegues today have not this problem (they see their Resources TAB).
Any idea/solution?

in attachment the screenshot
maybe some file deleted? obviously i didn't cancel anything, but if it were sufficient add a file... but which file?

I hope restart should solve your problem.

with uninstall & re-install the problem is disappeared... maybe some corrupted file... i don't know...
