how to re-enable Keyword tab

I cannot figure out what happened to the keyword view and expert view tabs. I need to know how re-enable it. I have already tried options>restore layout and that did not work. I have attached a screenshot. Please help. thank you

are you able to view the "Keyword and Expert views" in the "View" menu?

You can do RMB on Toolbar and Click on Restore Default..
