QTP not able to recognize Java Script Popup

Hi All,

I am facing an issue when trying to recognize objects for a Java Script Popup, QTP does not even identify the popup window.

Browser - FireFox - 12.0
QTP Version - 11

Note:

I have enabled the Java Addin.

Request your expertise to resolve this issue.

Hi Rakesh,

You have to enable QTP setting in order for QTP to recognize objects from firefox. OR change the browser to IE. I am sure it will recognize your Java objects with IE.
