QTP has stopped working

Try this,

1. Right click on the "QuickTest Professional" icon on the desktop
2. Click on "Troubleshoot Compatibility"
3. Click on "Try Recommended Settings"

Its Working., 
I have face another problem., Its for Co-ordiante values., for some of buttons there is none of Html id and Name property values available. Once i tried with Innertext, Innerhtml to recognize that particular object. Its not get recognized. for those place i used abs_x,abs_y, a,y values to detect the particular object. Its changed system to system and also in same system for IE8 and IE9 .. and in some of cases that abs_x values changed as different many values for each time when the flow gets run. Could you please give me an instruction that what it have to do to come out from this problem. I'm using QTP10, IE9.
