QTP doesn't record C# application

Hi,

I am new to QTP and trying to record a C# desktop application using QTP 11. Nothing is recorded. I am on win7. .Net/WPF add-ins are on.

If I open IE, it is actually recorded.

First open QTP, later open IE to record...will work.
