Do you have any idea about Automated QA TestComplete ?
I have used TestComplete more than QTP.
Now comparison is really staying on my mind...
I think that TestComplete provides all features and also easy to learn....

License cost is the important parameter as it is one third of the QTP ....

So the question goes how to propose a automation tool to client and convince out of the above two tools ?

@Subodh: I have heard some good things about Test Complete. To propose an automation tool, the best way would be to carry out a quick feasibility analysis, which will help you to rule out any object identification issues.
In case both are equally compatible, get the tool your team is comfortable working with. Ultimately the learning curve shouldn't be v steep.

I do not know about qtp 9.2 but QTP 10 is working fine so far on Windows 7.
I have been using it for the past 3 months.
