Pop up issue

Hi All

I have problem with my recording. There is a button to appear a child window ,at the recoding when i click the button , that pop up window is not appeared.

what can be the issue ?

Does it occur during your normal course without the use of Automation tool ?

Does playback bring up the pop-up ?

Yes normally it's working well ,no any issues , pop up working well, but at the QTP not.

And there is an another error, it says , ' Unspecified error '

It occurs when the recording try to click the submit button. What can be the issue ?
