.NET add-in
#1
Solved: 11 Years, 4 Months ago Question
Hello,

I have an issue with the .NET addin.
We have bought 3 QTP concurrent licenses and we have installed those licenses in the Quality Center server. I didn't do the installation, so I think they were installed properly.

We can login into Quality Center (several users at the same time) but 2 o more users can't use QTP at the same time because the .NET add-in gets disable and can't be loaded.

In other words, when the first user start QTP, the .NET addin it's licensed and can be loaded, but when the second user try to open QTP, the add-in is disable and cannot be loaded. Sad

Do you know how this works? and how can I solve this issue?

Thanks,

Add-ins are Licensed as well. Check if they have purchased the add-ins ?
