IE Error occurs randomly while running from QC from different machine

HI,
Am new to this forum.
I am facing an issue related to internet explorer.
Am setting cumulative batch run from QC to a remote machine.
After some scripts run, the following error occurs "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" in the middle of the script.
Versions using::
QC 10.0
QTP 10.0
IE 8
OS: XP Professional SP3 2002 Version

Please help me on this or suggest me with some ideas if u hav faced similar kind of issue.

We came across this error as well, but are using IE7. There is some piece of web technology or code that I believe to be the issue, but haven't determined what it is. We get the error using QTP11, but I've also had it happen when using IE outside of testing and believe it's an IE problem and not related to QTP.
