Empty Server description SAP GUI 7.20 with QTP11
#1
Solved: 11 Years, 3 Months, 1 Week ago Sad
Hello,
i have now installed QTP11 an SAP GUI 720. How
can I add my SAP Systems in the Server Description
in the "Record and Runsystems? Now it is empty Sad
In QTP 9.5 an SAP GUI 7.20 the full list of my SAP Systems
was filled correctly. Why does this not work with
QTP11?
Thank you for your help.

Hello,

well - I know that this is quite an old post, but in case that anybody comes to face the same problem:

Create a windows system environment variable (via "Control Panel - System - Advanced System Settings") "SAPLOGON_INI_FILE" with the full path to your saplogon.ini, e.g.: c:\temp\saplogon.ini
After a reboot QTP should recognize all servers listed in your saplogon.ini file.

Regards,
Jörg
