ok seems you have problem opening and extracting iso files.
Here are the steps:
PS: Instead of WinRAR you can also download 7-zip. This is a freeware and has some very good features and interface.

Here are the steps:
- Download WinRAR
- While installing WinRAR it will ask for Associate "WinRAR with", Select 'iso' and click done in next window.
- Next your iso icon will change to winrar, now you can open and extract the contents.
