Hi,

To my knowledge, If there are flex controls on your application, then only they will be identified by Flex plug-in. Flash controls are usually not supported by QTP. See if they are identified as Standard Window objects and can be interacted with. Apart from this you can refer to QTP PAM(Product Availability Matrix) to see if the technology used to develop the application is supported by QTP or not.
