What documents are u looking for? I work on SAP aotumation using QTP. SAP is very friendly with QTP. U can just record one script and check its behaviour.

SAP testing is similar to testing any other application. If you have good knowledge of QTP, you can start automating SAP based application. It doesn't require out-of-box talent.
