This is caused due to incorrect DCOM-configurations.This error is fixed upon running "Additional Installation Requirements"(found in tool folder of qtp) on the remote host.If you still see the error, you must change the DCOM permissions and open firewall ports. Please see the qtp installation guide ("Modifying DCOM Permissions Manually to Enable Remote QuickTest Execution") that details step by step instructions for the same.
