Hi,

I have the same issue with QTP 10.0, but it happen after opening IE 8:

AppName: qtpro.exe AppVer: 10.0.4861.0 AppStamp:494a672d
ModName: msvcr80.dll ModVer: 8.0.50727.6195 ModStamp:4dcddbf3
fDebug: 0 Offset: 0001715b
