If you cleared the View results when run session ends check box in the Run pane of the Options dialog box, the Run Results Viewer does not open at the end of the run session. QTP 11 results viewer feature improved so you may not get QTP 10 like look for the same. initial build version has some issues in Run Results viewer, fixed later versions. Patches available.
