Error while opening test run results

Hello All,
I'm getting message "Test run results cannot be opened. The run results file be locked or in use by other application". But there is no other application is accessing it. Appreciate any inputs on what might be causing this issue.

Is Test Run Results Viewer properly installed on your system?

Do you have any other tool running using QTP Test results close that first open it again using result viewer or may be result viewer is running in background as a process. So Open task manager kill that process first
