Run time error for window based application

i am running window based application while running script on QTP some run time error occuring pls see the attachment and help me out

I doubt the applicationis not open at the time you are running your script, thats why the error is
Can you check the following,
1. you have open flight reservation application after launching QTP
2. you have object there in the repository

also can you try this in your script and let me know

yes without closing flight reservation window during running it's working. thank u
can u tell the order how to learn qtp basics as i am learning from home
and do i have to learn vb scripting also
