How to Identify Tool tip text in QTP

Requirement
The icon on a button changes acccording to the status of a particular function like Start, Resume, Stop and tool tip text on the button changes accordingly.

How to identify when the button name remains the same, but the icon in it changes along with tool tip text.

If possible, can I get the script for it.
