I didn't find the parameterization in first page before login,
I got a present date in first page... I split those date,month and year and validated with the date, month and year in next page after login...
We can do parameterization after login.... that too I didn't find the year weblist here... only date and month after clicking the calender button we can select date month and year....
One more thing here in this page the Calender button Class is changing dynamically... 1.WinButton to WinObject... be careful with that...
If you want any other parameterization please post me... I will give you a code
