quantity issue

Dear friends

I am having an issue with checking the quantity within a test run. I have the default number as 1 and i change it to 4. Although it appears on the screen it comes up with an error box. Object can't be found in a nutshell. I have tried several ways to input check points but it still won't work.

Can anyone help??

Is this a issue with the checkpoint ?
If it says "Object cant be found" then it is trying to identify the object but cannot find it on the screen or the mandatory/assistive property of the object has changed from the one stored in the repository.
