Hi,

I am using data tables for my login into application.

for that I have to keep login and password in xls file on a shared machine.

Can I encrypt my password so that no can use / misuse it? If yes how?

You can use the password Encoder tool that comes with UFT.

Navigate to Start > All Programs > Hp Software > Unified Function Testing > Tools > Password Encoder

Please note to use Setsecure method while using the encrypted password.
