UAT and defect reporting

hello everyone,

I wanted to know how UAT is done in real time projects.

How this is different from System and End to end testing.

What is that everyone looks specially for UAT testers and make sure they have done that.

And also i want to know about the Defect Reporting in QC.

I tried but need to know more form you guys.

Please dont ask me what i tried and i know.PLease please input your answers.

I have tried to say as i did system and end to end but lost many calls as i dont have much of uAT...please reply in detail
