Runtime error while excuting Testcase

Please anyone help me.... i got error while executing some test cases. the error as follows

Cannot identify the object "[ Link ]" (of class Link). Verify that this object's properties match an object currently displayed in your application.

Its pretty clear from the error message, LINK object isint being recognized..here is what could be possible mistake,

change..
Link("search:=?empid=10004") to Link("search:=?","empid=10004")
qn: is empid an property ?
