QC is very slow and does not run my tc. My testcase has 'call to existing action'

I need help.

I dont know why my QC is very slow in running my test scripts.

In fact none of them pass and it died out in half an hour.

My test case has 'call to existing action'.

Yes I also save all the test case and 'existing action' test case saved on the QC too.

I have verify and it runs fine in QTP.

When I pull it in as 'test set' to QC and run, it will not RUN!

Can somebody help me what is going on?
