Running the tests without QTP?
#1
Solved: 11 Years, 4 Months ago Question
Hi all,

so I was wondering if it's possible to run the tests in a computer that does not have QTP. I thought it might work since QTP is using VBScript, but then if this works how is the obj. repositories handled and test results? Has anyone thought about this or maybe succeeded implementing it?

Cheers,

Hi Mukesh

Well it is possible but it is not worthy.
The Reason is a person have to do lot of discriptive programming by using VBScript , COM ,Windows API. So even for small scenario will need extensive coding with too many lines of code.
