QuickTest commuter license - Error Sentinel LM: Error[75]

I am trying to install a QTP communter license and after entering the locking code I get the error message

Sentinel LM: Error[75]: Unable to issue a commuter license to client "FT-Unified, 1.0".

The QTP installed on the remote box has a different maintenance id and server name than the QTP installed on the server where I am trying to get the commuter license from.

Does this matter? Do the maintanence id and server name need to be the same?

I think HP support can help you better with this.

This is a kind of one-off issue, getting an answer from forum members might be difficult for this sort of question unless someone has faced this issue earlier.
