Hi All,
I am using QTP 9.1 in XP OS with a seat license for QTP
Please let me know what i should to upgrade QTP(seat license) from
9.1 to 10.0
- what is the procedure?
- is QTP 10 supported in XP, if not, what are all other supported OS

Yes QTP 10 works on windows XP.
you can not upgrade QTP v9.1 to v10, you will need to do a fresh install. (please refer installation document before proceeding). QTP 11 is the latest version available, you may wish to upgrade to that.

Thanks for the reply saket, as i am using a seat license, should i have to get new license keys to install 10.0

No, your existing license should work with QTP 10/11 as well.
