QTP Upgrade

Hi All,

I am using QTP 9.1(seat licensed) in XP machine, Now i want to upgrade it to QTP 11.

Please let me know

1. can i upgrade QTP 9.1(seat license) to QTP 11(Seat license) in XP machine.

2. can we upgrade this with the old(9.1) seat license or any new license must be used, if so how much does this upgrade cost.

3. can i just install QTP 11(trail version) in XP machine where QTP 9.1(seat license) is installed to upgrade to QTP 11 and use the same seat license(of 9.1) to QTP 11 also.
