Our application login page contains the security alert message box , where the class is Fancy Box Item. While play back , qtp not able to recognize and close that security box , where after login screen will be loaded as attached in jpg1 and jpg2 . Kindly help me in resolving this..

Hi,
Can you please try with some send keys. First check manually by which keyword/keywords, you are able to close the pop up. Accordingly send single or combined keywords from your script. |
