QTP not finding the file

Hi,

i am pratibha. i am new to QTP. i am working on QTP 9.2. it is a web based application. i create a file and needs to execute that. once the file is created the QTP has to search for the file and check the checkbox and execute it. the problem is it is searching the file in active page but not searching in the attached pages. it is like inbox with various files.

it is urgent.
