Hi,
We have an issue with QuickTest Professional and would like some help to get the same resolved. We are automating a JavaApplet application with QTP 10 (Loaded Add-Ins are Web and Java). Our test functionality requires us to use custom Java Methods defined in the application. In the framework, we create local JCO objects and call the custom methods. The issue arises when we create local JCO objects for "large" applets. QTP hangs while we try to access these internal methods.
Attached are two files "Normal Flow.jpg" which describes our approach, and which works in most cases. Another file is "error.jpg" which arises while we try to access large applets' JCO objects.
If we hand-code the methods in vbs files, it does work as expected, but QTP hangs at the time of Creating Results and the QTP process needs to be killed to exit.
Any pointers/help in this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Yugesh
