Hi,
I have a problem installing QTP on Windows XP, where the user-rights are managed by Novell Client for Windows.
We got it working, by logging in to Windows with an Admin-User and installing QTP as Admin. The problem now is, that a normal user cannot start QTP.
We managed to start the program as Admin-user, but this means that also every program, which will be tested with QTP (e.g. Internet Explorer), has to be started by the admin-user. Which is quite unsatisfying.
When a normal user tries to start QTP, nothing happens... the Windows-WaitingCursor disappears 2 seconds after clicking on QTP and nothing further happens...
Do you have any idea how to install QTP, so that every user can use it?
