QTP 9.1 + Web Services: Error 401 - Unauthorized

I'm working with QTP 9.1 + Web Services Addin. I can't create the web services object because I see an error (please see attached picture) stating that "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized". This is blocking me to proceed. It does not matter if I check the option "Include security settings in the generated Web service test". I have already tried to create the web service using both the wizard and manually. Nothing worked. Please let me know how to overcome this issue.

One more information... I checked with a developer and he told me that the Web Service is open for everyone to access it. Thanks!
