QTP 11 License error

hi,
I am facing issue with QTP concurrent License. Whenever I try to open it, it gives me an error - there is no valid QTP license on the server. Please let me know, if you can help in the below issue. It will be a great help.

I click on Install License, give concurrent license key, check license. It gives succeeded message, but QTP do not open successfully even after that.

I had installed QTP Patches on the machine:
QTPSAP_00013, QTPSAP_00041, QTPWEB_00080, QTPSAP_00036

Investigated:
License key is valid- checked using utility.
SM License manager is started in server.

check out your Browser proxy ,if its enabled then it wont come . Uncheck the proxy setting and try..this might help
