Hi , I have downloaded an ISO file for QTP 11 trail version . I mounted this iso file to one of the DVD drive . there is a setup.exe file and when I selected this file , it opened QTP Setup image . Nothing prompts to proceed the installation process.
I am running this setup as an administrator only
I have Windows 7 Ultimate as my o/s . I have restarted my m/c but there is of no use .

Do you mean, when you downloaded the QTP11 trial it was an iso file?
I doubt there should be an executable in a zip not an iso. are you sure you downloaded the correct one.
if so, you should raise this to HP.

Thank you Saket .
I have installed iso file correctly and I mounted to my local dvd drive. When double click on the setup.exe file , it opened QTP Setup IMAGE and when I click on the setup link , nothing prompts up
My m/c is running on 32 bit , do i need to have 64 bit m/c to install this QTP trial software ?
Or is there any separate URL for QTP trial software (11) that works for 32 m/c's

if this doesn't work, you should raise a ticket to HP and please update this thread with the issue caused this.
