We were able to execute the QTP 11.0 scripts as a batch from QC 11.0 successfully.
QC Admin team recently installed Patch 15 on QC 11.0 server. We have installed latest components, TDConnect.exe and QTP add-in for QC from QC.
From now, we are observing QTP crashes very frequently while batch execution. First script of batch execution always executed well. QTP crash is happening at any of time. Sometimes it gave the error like "Unable to close testing tool" or "Unable to open testing tool" etc...
I have checked any new patches released from HP but i did not find any help.
we have tried by running the following command: "nt_tr.exe -remove" from command prompt but no help.
Please anyone suggest the solution to resolve the issue.
