Hi,
Our company curretly using QTP 9.0 and QC 9.2. We are planning to upgrade to QTP and QC to 10.0. I never installed or upgraded anything before. Can someone please let me know the basic steps to start with? Like, analysis : what should I look for before upgrading (datbases, servers, etc)?
Buying the software : From where can I get the software. I know its from HP; but how should I communicate them?

Any help is appreciated.
