Objects are not recognized in firefox 12

Hi ,

Objects are not recognized in firefox 12 in QTP 11 ,even I have already installed below patches.
QTPWEB_00090.EXE
QTPWEB_00092.EXE
QTPWEB_00100.EXE

Could anybody help me to sort out this problem?

Once you install any of the patches above, ensure that Firefox add-in for QTP 11 is installed and enabled under Tools > Addons.

I looked into Tools < Addons and found that no add-in for QTP 11 is installed.Could you please tell me how to installed? I have also searched for addon but could not found.

Any solution for above problem? Now firefox version changed to 19.0
Also I faced another problem. I installed chrome patch QTPWEB_00120.EXE for chrome version 24 and I have also checked in chrome browser ,in extension 'QuickTest Professional Agent 11.2475' was present or not and it was present. And also object spy could able to recognize the objects efficiently. But later doing R&D for firefox browser ,I uninstall patches (QTPWEB_00120,QTPWEB_00122 ,QTPWEB_00090,QTPWEB_00092 ,QTPWEB_00100) from control panel .
Then again I installed QTPWEB_00120,QTPWEB_00122 patches but still objects on firefox are not recognized and also objects on chrome are no longer recognized.
Please let me know what to do? Should I again uninstall all patches or uninstall QTP and how ?
Please guide me as soon as possible. And below are addins installed on my machine ,OS-Windows 7

Sorry for replying late, During installation it will ask for which add in's should be installed along with qtp we have select every add in's so please re-install and during the installation it will show list of add in's for installation

what you are listed are not add in's they are just patches for the browser to support qtp11.0

Sorry ,It was by mistake....I was talking about patches,not addins. Actually I am facing this issue ==> objects are recognized by qtp only in IE ,not in firefox and chrome. Please let me know what to do but before read my previous thread reply.

The problem you are facing is with qtp 11.0 is not supporting windows 7 OS just do the below step first before installing any patches that are required for firefox or chrome to support qtp 11.0
1. To run qtp 11.0 in windows 7 OS you should install  patch QTPWEB_00037 to work on qtp in windows 7 OS
