Objects are being recognized as "Windows for Menu item list (Browser-firefox, UFT 12)
#1
Not Solved
Hi,

I am trying to automate Web application in FireFox ESR v24.8.1 using UFT 12.01.
There is a Menu item list present in top left of the application i.e Navigate , File, Explore etc.. When i try to spy on whole Menu list – It shows child element as WebElement but when i try to spy on individual item e.g “Navigate” it displays as “Window”.
I cant able to see the properties and values of Individual Menu item.
But the same application when i try in IE v8+ and try to spy on individual Menu items then the Properties and Values of menu items display properly.
Oracle and Java Add-in have been added.

Can anyone please suggest me a solution for this problem…Appreciate your help..

Thanks,
Akhandesh
