Hi,
I want to know how should we decide , that which properties to keep in
mandatory, assistive.
When should we go for smart identification.?
Can anyone let me know with any example?

As far as i know, mandatory and assistive properties set by qtp are necessary and sufficient.I only added "title" property to Browser and Page objects.

Smart identification is sometimes useful when mandatory and assistive fail to recognize an object uniquely.If SI is used,see their base filter properties and configure mandatory/assistive based on it so that next time onwards SI wont be used.SI is not a good thing to use, try to avoid it !
