Not able to view the menu bar after opening a new/saved script

Hi All,
suddenly, I am facing a strance issue. When I open a new test or I open a saved test script, I am not able to see the menu bar in QTP. i tried installing QTP again, but the same problem. I tried with restoring using the tools menu, but the problem still exists. Can anybody help me with this.....

Even i faced the same issue and resolved after following the below steps;
1. Go to Start page of QTP
2. Go to Tools-->Options
3. In the general section, click on Restore Layout button.
