Need free Oracel and Peoplesoft 8.2 add ins for QTP 9.2

Hi,
I am using Win7.Installed permanent QTP9.2 . Its contain default add ins. I am working peoplesoft application. I need free add ins oracle and peoplesoft 8.2.Please let me know where should I get.Please do the needful help. 
I don't think the addins are free, you will need to purchase a license from HP only.
