We are trying to run QTP v11 on an XP machine and facing lots if issues. The installation per-se went fine and we can launch QTP and load the script. But when we run the scripts, the machine hangs repeatedly. The scripts were created in QTP v10.
Applications involves both web based and client server applications. both are used in end-end flow of test script.
Note: We have successfully run the same scripts in QTP 11 on Win7 64bit machines with no issues.
P.S - Scritps works fine when executed in QTP v10 on XP.
Any compatibility issues between QTP 11 and XP?
Any points need to take care when migrating scritps from qtp10 to qtp11 ?
