Intercept http

Hi I have a project which ask me to validate
parameters values from.In order to do this I need to intercept the http query string.

example:
http://ws.website.com/HG?hc=&hb=DM550729...1019865029

I am testing a website.
when even are generates ( refresh, click, etc..)

a http query is generated, then send.
like in the example sent previously.
this query contains parameters and I need to validate those parameters.

so I need to intercept the http query before is being sent.
