Installing issues @ QTP 11

Hi all,
am very new to QTP. Today i installed Trial version of QTP 11, but after some time got error like

"Source file not found"
C:\Douments ~1\SureshSA\Locals~1\Temp\Rar$EX02.141\DVD\QuickTest\MSI\Bin\GetMsiPath.exe

Note:
Checked my system but there is no folder like "C:\Douments ~1\SureshSA\Locals~1" whether have to create or how can i slove this problem.

Frm where u got the license key.....? i have download it and try to install but struck when it was asking for key....
if u know then please let me know....
