when QTP is stopped forcefully then at this point QTP is not able to finish up the result.xml file and so we are not able to view the result.
neither we can read this file using xmldom as this is incomplete.
Can any one please help me with how can i make it complete so that we can view the result in result viewer?

I meant - System crashed down, if we do using stop button then we will get proper results.
